GoBio™ Mini His-tag Screening kits consist of columns prepacked with WorkBeads™ 40 NTA and WorkBeads 40 IDA resins charged with Ni2+, Co2+, Cu2+, or Zn2+, intended for use in Immobilized Metal Ion Affinity Chromatography (IMAC). These resins are designed for purification of poly-histidine tagged (His-tagged) proteins or other metal ion binding proteins. Different metal ions exhibit varying affinities for these types of proteins, resulting in resins with slightly different selectivities. The GoBio Mini His-tag Screening kits enable fast and convenient screening to determine the optimal metal ion for achieving the highest purity.
